How do I renew my service(s)?

If You want to renew Your contract You have to pay the next contract period up-front.

Before the end of each rental period You will receive an e-mail (Invoice) which reminds You about the renewal.

You need to pay before the end of the contract period and we need to have the amount to be paid on our bank account at least five business days before the end of the contract period.  When we haven't received a correct payment in time, Your server will be suspended.

The service will be suspended for up to 30 days, before it is terminated (deleted).

That gives an opportunity to renew an expired game/voice server or web hosting package and still get the same service as before, with all files being intact. Please observe that we reserve the right to delete the files earlier than within 30 days.

Our Billing system will automatically send reminding emails before and after the suspension. There will be three reminders, one for each day - AFTER the suspension.

If You intend not to keep the service, simply disregard these emails.
