Can I upgrade/downgrade the numbers of Slots?

Sure, and it is very easy to do so.

Login to the billing control panel.

Click "Services" > "View Details" > "Management Actions" > "Upgrade/Downgrade Options"

Select the number of player slots you wish to upgrade/downgrade by and select "Click to Continue".
