One of the main routers at the data centre on of the line in cards has failed. They replace one on the 31/11/2026 but it didn't correct the issue. Following conversations with Vendor support a new restoration plan has been put in place. Further card swaps will take place on our core chassis in hopes to rectify the ongoing packet loss issue. Due to these works being service impacting not only to those experiencing packet loss but those who currently have reported no issue, these works while be carried out under an urgent maintenance window starting this evening 00:01 02/11/2026 Datacentre Engineers onsite will carry out the swaps at this time and working with core teams who will also be doing remote work on the chassis. Between now and the planned works tonight, teams are ensuring that everyone has what's required so there is no delay in start time this evening. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
